Prime Media ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains which data we collect through this website, why, and how we keep it.
What we collect
When you fill in the "Start a project" form or the contact form, we collect the data you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name and project details (project type, budget, deadline, description and reference links).
Why we collect it
We use this data only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we are discussing the project and for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete them.
Processors
Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which processes your email address and the message content on our behalf.
The forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which processes information about your device and on-page behaviour to prevent abuse. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Cookieless analytics
We measure visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
